    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery.

    • We are not liable for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  5. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or size, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
